Our shipping service provider is UPS.

Shipping Processing Times
Please allow for a 1-2 business day processing time once the order is received. Following this processing time, if the order is in stock it will be shipped via UPS according to selected shipping method. It is not guaranteed that the item will be shipped and processed within this timeframe. Please allow for one to eight weeks processing time for items that are out of stock at the time of purchase. Shipping Options
Surgical Direct offers the following shipping options that may be selected by customers at checkout:

● UPS Ground: Delivery within 1-5 business days, depending on location
● UPS 3 Day Select: Delivery by the end of the third business day
● UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery by the end of the second business day
● UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.: Delivery by 8:00 a.m. on the second business day, depending on location
● UPS Next Day Air Saver: Delivery by the end of the next business day
● UPS Next Day Air A.M.: Delivery by 10:30 a.m. the next business day, depending on location
● UPS Next Day Air Early a.m.: Delivery by 8:00 a.m. the next business day, depending on location

Surgical Direct is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipping Notifications
When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a UPS tracking number. You will also receive an email when your order has been delivered. For purchases including out of stock items updates to the estimated processing time will also be emailed.

Return Policy
Surgical Direct may accept new merchandise returns within 15 days of invoice date, provided the merchandise has not been used in a procedure or sterilized. It must be returned in its original packaging, and be free from damage. Surgical Direct preowned equipment and Special Order items cannot be returned. An RGA # and approval for the return must be issued by a Surgical Direct representative before any return will be accepted. Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Surgical Direct. Restocking fees may apply.

Instructions for Returns
All returns must be pre authorized by Surgical Direct. To initiate your return please contact a member of our Customer Service team at 1(386) 738-1202 or After your return has been authorized you may ship your order back to us. Please pack your return with the invoice and the RGA number, you may use the original box.

Refunds for Returned Products
Your refund should be processed within 7-10 business days after shipment. The refund will be issued as store credit to be used towards a future purchase. No refunds will be issued for shipping charges and restocking fees may apply.
